    The staff of HostmyHeart.com value your privacy. We wouldn’t want any of our personal info spread around, why would you?

    Hostmyheart.com will not itentionally leak, sell, trade or otherwise reveal your personal information and identity to outside parties. Others that are not administration, staff or otherwise a vital part of the services that makes Hostmyheart.com’s services possible, will not get a hold of your information.

    All information gathered is used to provide you with support, account set up, personal verification, client databasing and billing services. Parties not participating in any of these areas will not be allowed access to your personal information. Support staff will be allowed minimal information on you and your account for the sole purpose of offering support.

    Only when required by law will we part with your information to relevant government officials or authorities.

    We require that all personal data be accurate and up to date. If you need to update your information, fill out a ticket at the Helpdesk under the category "Update my Info".

    We will not change your account passwords or other vital account related settings without permission, and without verifying that you are the owner of said account. Any major changes in your account may be verified through staff with an email, instant messaging session or a phone call.

    The following personal information is collected from you during registration:

    • Your legal first and last name
    • Your active, primary email
    • Daytime phone number
    • Home address (country, state, street, zip code)
    • PayPal email address
    • Your IP address (automatically collected)

    Your phone number is required in the case that we need to verify who you are (during registration, or for any major account updates such as passwords). Your address is required in the case that we need to verify who you are. We will also send out any items you win through contests or raffles to the address you provide.

    Your PayPal email is required in the case that you sign up for the paid account type, donate, purchase a domain or an add-on. Free (Crush) accounts will not be charged unless you purchase something.

    Hosting Information

    The following hosting-related information is collected from you during registration:

    • Active / existing domain name (yoursite.com)
    • New domain name (yoursite.com)
    • Desired hosting package (Crush, Love)
    • Payment cycle (monthly or yearly)
    • Agreement to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
    • Your IP address (automatically collected)

    Remember to give accurate, up to date information.

    Support Ticket Information

    The following information will be collected from you before submitting a support ticket:

    • Your legal first and last name on file
    • Your active, primary email on file
    • Your cPanel username on file
    • Purpose of support ticket
    • Your IP address (automatically collected)
