So you've hit a bit of a snag and need help. Maybe your blog isn't showing up. You can't figure out how to add a sub domain. Or maybe you want to ask some questions before signing up.
You can do just that at the Helpdesk and forum.
Live Chat
The live chat is available several hours a day. Just look to the bottom-right of the page and you can access the live chat.
Keep in mind that the live chat is for sales questions / any inquiries you have before registering or buying something. Technical or account support is handled through the Helpdesk.
Easy Peasy Helpdesk
The main support line at Host my Heart is offered through a ticket support system. There's no registration required, you just fill in some basic information (so we know who you are) and then send your ticket.
We are in GMT -5 (United States Eastern) time. We are internet nerds and are constantly online either on our computers or phones, so we'll try to get to support tickets as fast as we humanly can.
Community Forum
If your questions aren't too sensitive, you can go to the forum. Staff and fellow members can help you with problems.
The forum is also there for communicating, staff will use it to take polls and ask for service feedback. So don't miss out on an opportunity to get your voice heard!

Send in a support ticket to the Abuse department at the Helpdesk.
